Let's Take a Stroll Through My Design Adventure!

Ahmad had this cool plan for Cricket Yug, and he shared it in a PRD (Product required Document). There was this mysterious score prediction thing, but the details were like a puzzle for our tech team.

My job as the PM? Connect Ahmad's dreams with what our tech folks do best. The plan had the big picture, but making it real? That's where the fun began.

I did some digging – researching Ahmad's ideas and the plan, figuring out how to make this score prediction thing happen. The tech team had a challenge, and I was there to help them create the coolest working model.

This part spills the beans on our early days, uncovering Ahmad's plan, understanding the game, and getting Cricket Yug ready for its score-predicting debut.

Here's what I found out after exploring the world of fantasy cricket - many players are facing difficulties, and it's not just because of bad luck. The main problem seems to be that most players are not doing enough research before making their moves.

When I talked to them, they mentioned that there is not enough information available on the players to make informed decisions.

The fantasy cricket world needs more player statistics to help improve the game. Through this research, we have identified the challenges, and we will be sharing potential solutions to make the game better. Stay tuned!

Last Words:

Wrapping Up the Journey

This project serves as the test version of Ahmad's dream startup. It intentionally omits user authentication and authorization as Ahmad aims to assess his model and idea in a real-world setting through this MVP. Looking ahead, the broader vision is to develop a B2B cricket analysis model tailored for domestic cricket clubs.
